Year 2018 We are in the process of being drafted. General assembly Saturday, March 10, 2018 The GA was held in a living room of the castle where a wood fire was crackling! The news of our association was discussed in a good atmosphere, everyone was able to express themselves and give their ideas, there was a lot of enthusiasm! You will find here the feedback. We continued the conversations around a very friendly lunch, the new members appreciated the welcome and the atmosphere! The meeting ended with a tour of the theatre! August 15 holiday Wednesday, August 15, 2018 For August 15, a big party was organized at the Château de Sully by the rural center of the village. There was also the opening of the theater, its visit, the presentation of an exhibition with photos in period costumes! We had the pleasure of continuing our meeting with a discovery of "sensory analysis of Burgundy wines" by Mélissa and Laurie! Sophie introduced us to the tasting of Burgundy cheeses. Guaranteed atmosphere! Concert by the Clair Obscur-Lyric ensemble Sunday, May 5, 2019 The meeting took place in the Ballroom of the Château de Sully. Concert organized by the Clair Obscur-Lyrique ensemble! “If Love was sung to me…” For the benefit of the restoration of the Italian Theater which was exceptionally open with guided tours that day! Sophie's comment: This Sunday afternoon, the Friends of the Château de Sully organized an opera concert in the ballroom of the Château de Sully. The ambition of this event was to publicize the renovation project of the Little Italian Theater nestled in the heart of the Château's outbuildings, while offering everyone the opportunity to attend a high quality musical moment. More than 110 people came to listen to the Dijon trio Clair-Obscur Lyrique on the theme “If love was sung to me”. The ballroom of the Château de Sully has perfect acoustics for this type of event, and its sumptuous setting has made it possible to highlight the real talent of the trio. At the end of the concert, a surprise was offered to the public by eight dancers from the Imperial Quadrille of Besançon, dressed up for the occasion. A glass of friendship and a snack closed this moment in the greatest conviviality. After the show, the Friends of the Château exceptionally opened the Theater and carried out visits with rich commentary. This society theater dates from approximately 1845, and has all the characteristics of an Italian-style theater in the First Empire style. It is the only one of this type in Saône-et-Loire with Digoine. It has, among other things, a balcony, a stage cage, a ceiling magnificently decorated with musical instruments, benches in the form of an arc and superb stage decorations. It is unfortunately now in danger and requires urgent renovation to be saved. Its renovation would make it possible to open it to the public and to organize small concerts, readings or even plays for young and old... It is this dream that runs through the minds of the Friends of Château de Sully who created their association in 2014 in order to participate in the development and influence of this site. August 15 holiday Thursday, August 15, 2019 The rural home of the village of Sully organized a big party on August 15! News Janvier 2025 "2025" Après une année 2024 riche en événements, toute l’équipe vous adresse ses meilleurs vœux pour cette nouvelle année. Compte-Rendu de l’Assemblée Générale de l’association “Les amis du château de Sully” dimanche 24/11/2024 à 11H, dans le petit théâtre du château Signature de la feuille de présence Séance ouverte à 11H05 ACCUEIL Bonjour à tous, merci d’être venus aujourd’hui pour notre 9 ème AG. Nous avons fêté cette année les 10 ans de notre association, créée en mars 2014. Nous avons eu une excellente occasion de fêter cela avec l’inauguration du petit théâtre le 12 Avril dernier (mais j’y reviendrai un peu plus tard) RAPPORT MORAL Nous n’oublions pas qu’il y a une deuxième tranche de travaux à prévoir au théâtre comprenant : le rideau, les décors de scène et la machinerie Mais avant de lancer l’étude préalable,et d’établir des devis, nous préférons fonctionner et utiliser le théâtre pour voir ce qu’il faut modifier, par exemple les lumières sur la scène,comment installer et bouger les décors en cours de spectacle, prévoir un escalier directement du parterre vers la scène… Le rideau et la machinerie seront neufs, par conséquent la DRAC ne subventionnera pas et les décors seront un gros budget. Il faut trouver d’autres financements, peut-être avec l’aide de la Fondation du Patrimoine. RAPPORT D'ACTIVITÉS Le 12 Avril: Inauguration du petit théâtre,sous un soleil rayonnant. Une centaine d’invités ont assisté à l’ouverture du théâtre , puis après un mot d’accueil, Thomas Volatier nous a présenté son spectacle “ Manteau d’Arlequin” l’histoire du théâtre à travers les âges. Un “Seul en scène” formidable, Du grand théâtre ! S’en est suivi un cocktail chaleureux et festif Le 2 Juin: Soirée Privilège: “Le secret du château de Sully”par André Beuchot, conteur bourguignon et les violes d’Eole, 5 musiciens de viole de gambe Histoire étonnante librement inspirée de faits réels qui se sont passés à Sully,où l’eau de vie du domaine a joué un grand rôle ! contée avec humour et fantaisie. Le 17 Juillet: “Rêveries” par les poètes du Prince, Thomas Volatier et 3 musiciens( hautbois, flûte traversière et piano) ont alterné la lecture de textes avec de la musique. Savoureux ! Le 28 Octobre: Passionnante visite de la cathédrale d’Autun par Christian Ranc, membre de notre association. RAPPORT FINANCIER Véronique, vice-trésorière, nous présente les comptes de l’année 2023.Au 31/12/2023 il y avait 9702,17 euros en caisse. Les comptes sont approuvés à l’unanimité. TARIF DES COTISATIONS A l’unanimité des votants le tarif reste inchangé ACTUALITÉS Nous avons déposé une demande de subvention auprès de la Communauté de Communes du Grand Autunois Morvan Et allons contacter d’autres organismes comme la DRAC ou le Conseil Départemental. SPECTACLES 2025 Le 6 Avril: “Le petit théâtre à l’italienne et ses décors” Lecture de textes, sélectionnés par Monique, d’écrivains bourguignons et franc-comtois , dont Georges Sand, Marivaux,Lamartine et Colette…sur fond des décors de scène. Nous lançons un appel aux comédiens amateurs pour étoffer la troupe ! mais aussi aux habilleuses, machinistes… Venez nous rejoindre pour créer un spectacle inoubliable ! Monsieur Beuchot,conteur et Evelyne Peudon, violoncelliste, ont accepté de nous accompagner au long de cette lecture. Le 2 Mai: Le jeune prodige de 12 ans,MANOË, violoniste qui était déjà venu en 2023, revient pour un concert. Sophie nous explique que la première partie sera assurée par l’école de musique de Bligny sur Ouches et Manoé en deuxième partie. Le concert aura lieu dans la salle de bal car nous attendons beaucoup de monde. PROJETS Le lavoir Dans le parc, près de la chapelle, se trouve un lavoir, classé Monument Historique. Nous allons essayé de retracer son histoire, la légende familiale dit que ce sont des prisonniers polonais qui l'ont construit. Nous allons consulter les habitants du village, chercher des photos, des témoignages,en parler autour de nous … Nous avons pour l'instant plus de questions que de réponses ! Et pourquoi pas le restaurer ! Le Jardin Potager Monique travaille sur l’historique du parc du château, à partir d’anciens plans. Elle aimerait faire venir Monsieur Charles DOWDING ,célèbre jardinier anglais, et organiser quelques journées de nettoyage du jardin,faire l’ inventaire des rosiers anciens avec photos… Visites de théâtres de la région : À Chagny “Les Copiaus” au printemps prochain, Prévoir: La Verrerie au Creusot, Semur en Auxois, Chalon sur Saône… Autres projets: Véronique et Jean ont une belle-fille, chanteuse lyrique,qui avec 2 amis, propose de se produire dans le théâtre! nous cherchons une date. Et pourquoi pas un grand bal, avec crinolines, animé par le Quadrille Impérial de Besançon … L’ordre du jour étant épuisé, la séance est levée à 12H15,sous les applaudissements. .
